Say this to them enough times, sooner or later they will ask you the magic question, "What Do You Mean By That?"
Many people like to do what they know and what is familiar as opposed to doing what they are afraid of what they don't know. Leasing is "taboo" to a lot of people simply based on what might have happened to them in the past or what has happened to somebody that they know in the past. They key word here is, "the past"! Leasing has changed so much over the years and in order to change this mindset, you have to "educate" yourself so that you can "educate" your Clients / Guests so that they can make an "educated" or "informed" decision.
