T3 prides themselves on their ability to get people to better understand "what" Leasing is, "why" it makes sense and "how" it should be presented. We use a "KISS" (Keep It Simple And Straight) approach to explaining Leasing and instead of referring to it as Leasing, we call it "THE BEST TRANSACTION"!

When you are working with your Clients and you are able to let them know that once you have found the right vehicle for them, you will show them "The Difference Between The Best Payment And The Best Transaction", their guard comes down and they go to a different place mentally as they try to comprehend what you just said. Say this to them enough times, sooner or later they will ask you the magic question, "What Do You Mean By That?"

Many people like to do what they know and what is familiar as opposed to doing what they are afraid of what they don't know. Leasing is "taboo" to a lot of people simply based on what might have happened to them in the past or what has happened to somebody that they know in the past. They key word here is, "the past"! Leasing has changed so much over the years and in order to change this mindset, you have to "educate" yourself so that you can "educate" your Clients / Guests so that they can make an "educated" or "informed" decision.
