Management Support & Relief Services (Automotive)

This Service is designed to provide Support & Relief Services for when Management Team Members go on Holidays or when you are looking for a "New" Management Team Member to join your Team. This eliminates the need for the other Management Team Members to work “Bell To Bell”.

Rather than have the other Management Team Members put in more time, have T3 come in and provide "daily" On The Floor Performance Coaching & Development, Desking, and Leadership.

Your Management Team Members will remain sharp and will receive more ideas on how to maximize the time of the Sales Team with maximum effort so that everybody can achieve maximum results.

This is an Investment in both the Management Team and the Sales Team.
