This is a very true statement because we don't know everything. We might think that we do, but we don't.

I have been providing Performance Coaching & Development for several years now and when I ask Management about having T3 come and spend time with their Team(s), I am quite often told that "WE ARE GOOD"!

I agree that they are "probably" good and let them know that being good is one thing and that being "GREAT", and / or "EXCEPTIONAL", is another.
