We would like to take a moment to say thank you to all of you that have allowed T3 Engagement & Sales Development to come and work with you and the rest of your Teams over the past five years.
Effective July 1, 2017, Peter Herbert, has decided to take a Leadership (Management) position with a Family Owned and Operated Dealership here in the Lower Mainland so that he can be home with his family and to also start further developing and growing a Team.
Over the past five years we have met and worked with some very amazing people and appreciate all of the friendships that have been developed across the Country as well as those that have been receptive to the ideas that we have shared with them and have seen both “professional” and “personal” growth.
T3 will still be available to provide guidance with your Careers and please don’t hesitate to reach out to us as we will be putting a lot of the ideas that we have shared with many of you into “Video Modules” as well as “Development & Training Manuals”.
T3 also specializes in Dealer Sale Events and would love to have an opportunity to help you “renew” your Clients into something newer by way of Professional Option Reviews. Please visit www.t3engagement.com for more information regarding the Services that we offer.
Once again, thank you all for the last five years and me and my family are really looking forward to the next chapter of our lives together.
All the best and talk to you soon.

T3 ENGAGEMENT & SALES DEVELOPMENT
You are the reason why people come to your place of business so make sure that you leave a lasting impression.
You are who you are, but to become who you want to be, you have to believe in yourself and make it happen.
You all have ideas, but what are you doing consistently everyday to make your ideas a reality?
It is the small acts that you repeat daily that turn into huge accomplishments.
To be successful, you have to be fully dedicated and committed to your success in all aspects of life.
Success looks different for everybody, and the many different paths that it takes to get there are worth it.
When you are busy being productive and maximizing your time, success is imminent.
Hustle and grind it out today so that you can enjoy life even more in the future.
Challenges and obstacles are a part of life and how you respond to them will determine your fate.
Fill your mind with positive thoughts and your outlook towards everything will change.
It’s not enough to just put in the work everyday, you have to also maximize your time and effort.
Forget about what’s happened in the past and stop revisiting it every day. Focus on the future.
If you have a plan in place to help you achieve your goals, it becomes easier to focus on.
Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow.
You usually play how you practice and if you are practicing perfectly, you win more often.
When you pursue excellence, you do your best every day and ultimately become better and grow.
Some people have a hard time deciding to make changes. You can do it one day or make today day one.
Having a positive mental attitude allows you to see and believe and make things happen.
You can only control what is within your control and making the decision to change is up to you.
It’s only an uphill battle until you reach the top. Then you keep on climbing.
There are going to be good days and bad days and regardless of the outcome, never give up.
Be receptive to change and creating new habits so that you can further develop and grow!
If you consciously believe that you can achieve your goals, you will be more motivated to succeed!
You are the only thing standing between who you are and who you are aspiring to become.
The only way to sustain Champion Status is to remain consistent with everything that you do.
Where there is a will, there is a way. Go after it and give it all that you have got.
Being optimistic goes a long way especially if you are focused on the end result of winning.
You will not grow by staying in your comfort zone so get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
If you want to be the best of the best, don’t just talk about it, be about it and put in the time and effort.
Playing it safe is a safe bet, but when you take a chance that you are prepared for, greatness is within your reach.
