These Workshops are designed to better assist you and your Team with fostering your existing Client / Guest / Patron Relationships and show how to “find” future business.

T3 is very excited to provide Portfolio Management Services to Individuals and Companies that understand the importance of "The Client / The Guest / The Patron".

Without the Client / Guest / Patron, you don't have anything and they are the most important part of your Business next to your Team.

If your Team doesn't understand that they are valued by you and the integral role that they play in making sure that Clients / Guests/ Patrons see that they are also valued and appreciated, your Business will not go as far as it is meant to go.

T3 assists by working with you and your Team to make sure that you are always finding ways to let your Clients / Guests / Patrons know just how much you value them and their business.

We can help you set up a Portfolio Management Department or we can do the Client / Guest / Patron Relations for you because we are ready to do the Revenue Generating Activity (RGA) that is required to help grow your Business even more.

When it comes to RGA, many People and Teams aren’t held accountable to make sure that a certain amount of "activities" are being done every day.

Daily Activity is defined as:
- Incoming Phone Calls

- Outgoing Phone Calls

- Responding to E-mail Requests

- Outgoing Follow Up Email

- Mailouts

- Prospecting
