This session was a great example of exceeding expectations and over-delivering. Peter has a relaxed and engaging presentation style and manages to deliver a high volume of content in a very efficient and effective manner. He distilled what would normally get spread across two or three days into a content-rich one-day session. The quality of the content and the insights provided coupled with the useable techniques and word tracts, makes the material immediately implementable at the dealership.
